Owner, David Laughlin started in the construction industry in 1978. Working, repairing, and operating equipment at a rental business. 

His primary responsibilities included repairs and training at various equipment manufacturing plants. This was the beginning of his thirty+ years of experience with construction equipment. 

A new position was acquired at a larger company where David managed inside sales and rentals of the inventory. Using appropriate equipment was one of the strengths that David could offer his clients. Building upon years of experience with the equipment and the confidence to recommend "the right tool for the job", David grew lasting relationships with construction personnel. 

The dream to start his own company that would allow personal attention, and supply quality products with his old and new customers was born in April 2008. Products, experience and relationships is what Waves can provide. Equipment is serviced, repaired and delivered directly to a job site.
